Today is the Japanese release of Piano Collections: Final Fantasy VII, a soundtrack CD with piano arrangements of select FFVII songs.

This has been a long time coming, especially since every FF game from IV to X has had a piano album. But now history has taken a turn for the better and we can finally enjoy (yet) another dimension of FFVII's music.
